Audio Alert....

can anyone tell me how to get the audio alert to work? I have it set up properly with a wav. file for a ring of the cash register, but it doesn't trigger when Quote Tracker's alert appears on the screen. It didn't this morning when the QQQQs hit 41.83, the sell signal. It would be fun to add this and another way to make sure I don't miss a signal.
