...the FDIC, WE - WE BELIEVE, was far ahead of us with regard to UWB and the johnnie and frankie ACT.................the FDIC let the bank sue and SURPRISINGLY, amy gave the bank standing........the bogus summary judgement moved the case to the APPEALS COURT........................

...FDIC wanted no part of an APPEALS COURT..............clamped the mofo shut with a dog-eared MOU - - give guy a few bucks - $54MM, net, we now HEAR.............ok, someone HEARS.....not me.......the MOU outlined a FCNCA purchase of the UWBI NOL - - same structure as the WaMu sham, imo.

...sure, an indictment of any sort = $12.50 P/S............but the FDIC wants this turd CLOSED.................frankie took every day of his 18 months...........and here we sit........waitin' on the $1.50 or $1.75 or whatever kimmy calculates..............

...personally, scot scott is about out of gas................his legal staff is sitting by, however and these guys (ahem) are RABID............BIGTIME...................FDIC will never let any further litigation happen, imo.......................
