Virtually no trades in the last hour or so. I guess manipulation via large ask walls works and deters investors. The manipulators work together since there is strength in numbers similar to a work union. And notice how they are not selling into the bid. They simply do not want the PPS to go beyond $0.0044. However the second someone panics and sells they will buy those shares in a heartbeat.
