Xiaofeng Peng was chairman of LDK and is now CEO of SPI Inc. Solar Power Inc. has been making very productive crystaline solar cells in China for a few years now anyway, this news release is just that a release from LDK's bankruptcy preceedings. All in all this is good news for the future of SPI Inc.
