Well they certainly got the authorization to do it. My guess is it could be two things. Either they decided not to do it at this time and will probably send out a new Pre14 to get approval again, or they submitted it for 12/31 but because of the holiday it was not posted and will post today. If it isn't on today's daily list my guess would be that they can't do it unless they put a request in again.
