In brief , the E-cig sector dropped from the highs of 2014 because of a number of things/events. First it ran too high initially (an over priced bubble), then the MMs and others came in and SHORTED, and lastly some took out toxic loans as they could not get regular bank loans for their growth and expansion plans. Other reasons can be added here but to me those are the biggies generally for this sector. Individual stocks each may have their own pluses and minuses.
