Whether its as you say or the beginning of a new way to squeeze every drop of juice from this toxic lemon is unclear. The company has no money, deep in debt. Only way our for IR and insiders is to dump all their zero based shares as soon they can come up with more so called "pump news" to get unsuspecting people to fund, not the company but their own pockets.
