In March 2012 Aaron referred to budgenius.com as an "on-line medical marijuana laboratory system" .....
He did that in a few PRs until it was pointed out in DD that dudgenius was nothing but an "on-line lab system" and that's when I thought it changed to "labs across the USA."

Does he say that on the snapshot(s) from 2011?

Alexa.com is another site that provides snapshots of what the site looked like on a given date and it only goes back to Jan. 2011 making Aaron's claims of "operating since 2010" quite suspect. Although Bud Genius was incorporated in 2010, it wasn't by Aaron. It was by a John Montgomery who filed a statement on complaintwire that Aaron was his employee that he had fired and had stolen the website from him. Of course Aaron states that John was his employee and that he fired John, but with Aaron's history of being caught phone bill cramming in Illinois in 2009 and creating another company the following year that continued the phone bill cramming scam, pretty much screwed Aaron's credibility IMO. The Bud Genius Inc. papers have since been suspended, but Aaron can't steal them yet. Once it shows up as being dissolved the name will be up for grabs again in California. In the meantime it's clear that Aaron has no California business license although there is one in Wyoming for RightSmile, 1 in Nevada for BG Medical Technologies and the shell that was created in Delaware, the scam artist protectionist state.

I ran across PRs about some of that "software that takes 3 years to develop" in "DD" but that isn't what Aaron said. He said the "device" and "software" was out and "working" for patients and doctors as stated by Aaron in a few PRs prior to dudgenius being an on-line lab in the March 2012 PR.

I'm predicting that Aaron will be gone before the end of 2015 and the next CEO(CONman Executive Officer)will take over for the next wash, rinse, repeat cycle.
