Start up? According the the companies PRs they were ready to produce the meters beginning of 2012 and the first run would be to fill all the back orders hmm wonder what happened to all the money? But let's see what next week holds? Guessing a cursory fluff PR. Still no production, no sales and running out of cash yet again this pig is just about bled out. Do your DD people a dime invested in WM is a dime lost.
