Common sense says it would be extremely foolish to reverse split anytime soon without substantial revenue or big money from a partnership. Without $$ AMBS would get crushed on the big boards where shorting actually happens....unlike in penny stocks where the term shorting is used as an excuse to cover dilution.

GC and crew are very aware of this and is why they have said numerous times they will uplist from strength not weakness. The time line for the spin off is 2nd half of 2015 per the company so again no reason to RS in the near term.

Furthermore you have already stated you were looking to buy at .06 so you will make up any story you can to convince people not to buy in order to hit your price target.
