I have mixed feelings but in my heart I'm still not sure this is over yet. They still own patents. They also applied for 4 more if I remember correctly. They also have an advisory company. If you know Frank and his personality I highly doubt that he's going to glibbly bring something to market and get held up in a lawsuit. He'll probably come out swinging a club and charging like crazy. ARSCD
