If you're asking about a GBHD PPM (PRIVATE PLACEMENT) purchase then your stock cert should be sent FED-EX in 2-3 days tops.
Of course thats if the company is legit.
also it would be restricted for 1 yr because they are not fully reporting. Then good luck getting that cert into your brokerage acct. Most brokers wont take any pinks, only fully reporting and current with SEC filings for last 90 days.
