My experience down in this pos market is you find a few companies that have real products but sell stock to keep the operation going, maybe 13-14%. 85% or so have nothing and sell stock to line their pockets and they are the ones that have posters on twitter/facebook/ihub/et. to promote their so called companies. Some of these "promoters" have websites and disclose what they get for compensation. Others (less popular) promote the hell out of a stock because they ARE BEING COMPENSATED but you don't know. They spout their mouths like they know what's going on but reality shows they are just promoters for the dump/dilution.
The very, very limited companies that are real at this level do not dilute their stock into continuous reverse splits and leaving the shareholders with nothing. I think UCPA is a gem in the middle of an abyss.
Look at how much stock the company has sold the last 2 years.........Look at the increasing revenue every year! Check out the people/management/employees involved in this stock and show me and anyone else some dirt.
