AG could be likened to Professional Scouting wherein when we are evaluating young talent there are two sets of numbers that are used. Everyone is graded on their PRESENT numbers comparing them with current Major League standards in the 5 areas (run, throw, field, hit, and power). From AG's present grade it would balance out to be Below Average ML...as it has always been for future ML Hall of Fame players such as Chipper Jones.

But, from a OFP viewpoint (overall future potential), ERBB grades out to be anywhere between AB Ave to Excellent OFP ML, which is the highest score given to all players.

The potential is there, but, only time, development, and personal in put will determine whether their ability level is reached. It is also important to note that there will be landmines along the road... AJMHO, of course, FWIW
