Funny you mention that. Here is the 2nd email I sent about their Customer Service telephone number.

I am hoping that you are kidding here. Are you telling me that you moved and just plain forgot to change the Customer Service number. I will keep checking to confirm that this number has been changed and a new customer service number is available. If this does not happen very soon, I will be extremely concerned as to the validity of this company and will have no choice but to pursue legal action with a group of investors in Mcig Inc. It is just good basic business practice to communicate with your customers and obviously this is not a top priority with your company. I am not even sure if I am having a conversation with any company employees or this whole Customer Service department is outsourced. In any case, I will wait for a prompt explanation. This communication will be posted on 3 different investor sites just as your first response was. It appears that there are many members of these sites who have more shares than I would care to hold presently in this company and are growing quite concerned. Thank you for your time.

Hello again Al. Thank you for being a valued shareholder and thank you for your concern for our Customer Service telephone number. I can assure you that all of our accounts are current. After changing our phone number, there was simply a delay in updating the website.

Now I checked and the telephone number that I am complaining about remains on the website. They have changed nothing at all. I don't even know who I am talking to here. I am talking about the number that you call and no one answers. I am sure there are alot of people familiar with it. Like I told them, I am not asking for company secrets here. I AM ASKING FOR THE CORRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE NUMBER. WTF IS SO DIFFICULT ABOUT THAT? Something doesn't smell right. This of course JMHO.
