That's exactly what it is.......insiders loading up....
Notice those spikes are exactly a month apart?....3 of them, notice how MASSIVE they are?.... The volume has never even come close to those spikes, .....isn't it strange how the PPS didn't move, even after MILLIONS and MILLIONS were frontloaded....?
