...just like the FDIC did with WaMu.........................

...forced JPM to buy the NOL - - settled with key Claimants......grabbed all recoveries.......amicably sued the soft D&O's acknowledging the FDIC only wanted to collect on the D&O insurance.......................and many filings related to the litigation were SEALED....................

...sounds like a mirror on the western united resolution arrangement............as outlined in the M-O-U..........what's an MOU, again, larry.............???????.............hello...????....

...we smell the settlement, larry..........aimho.......scot again..................tingle city.........................
