Too bad WebSafety appears to be run by a bunch of amateurs with no business or common sense.

Can't log in to the site, can't sign up for a new account, the map portion of the app fails every other day or so. There is no communications from the company, no tech support. They do not respond on their blog or forums pages.

It is a great idea but is failing due to poor execution.

I've lost all faith. I've held this dog for 2 years. Bought more a couple of times over the past few months with glimmers of hope from time to time.

Unfortunately until there is a management change this company is doomed to fail.

An awful shame because the product is so spot on, if only it worked.
