The purchase price of $5 will establish the market cap at about $5 times the number of shares outstanding. Think about it. You may believe it is worth more and it may be. In regards to the $1 per billion barrels of oil I can only say that several people did the calculation in several different ways and that is the number that everyone came close to. If you don't believe that number, use your own. I'm just using it because I have nothing better.
