The AS doubling gives the company flexibility. A simple RS would allow nothing more than more simple dilution. The increase in AS allows them to enter into a possible JV. Give Sony 3-6B shares, have them provide financing , and continue down the path they're on the with Sony. That's the only play here. Raising the AS to just sell shares doesn't add up. Selling the additional 6B T1s wouldn't last long to keep the lights on.

I expect we will see a JV / formal partnership followed by a PR outlining a financing putting an end to dilution which could be coupled with a RS to tighten the share structure now that dilution will have ended.

Short of this happening we can all agree this ticker is toast. So it simple now: it's either a total elaborate scam or this is part of the bigger picture plan. There's no middle ground left.
