There has been zero dilution, it ran from .0001 to .001 a 10x on the confirmation of rumor. We are now in flipping mode until the 8k or other material news is released.

Sell off was those taking profits, fact that we have bottomed at .0004 and not back to .0001 is very telling that this will run again and much farther then .001
