Since i know ur probably the primary sharholder in this stock, your extensive knowledge of 211 fillings have been a great help in me determining on weather or not to buy this company. WOW, what an insightful individual. Anyone who reads this should give thanks to Marion and praise her for all her undoubtably improtant research as to the neglet of Steve and Dennis in their ability to effectivly merge two companies. My geuss is they have one of the highest paid law firms in the north east handeling the legal process of these events because they would forget such documents and completley null and void the whole deal, making all their projected earnings a bogus scam..
