Actually for once I agree with you. The price is not low because of tax loss selling alone. However over the last six months the volume for sales has been very small.

Large bag holders have not been selling. The investors who are under NDA are not selling.

Only smaller "weak in the knees" investors who don't know what's REALLY going on are selling.
