It has become very obvious that the MMs were inflating the volume themselves when the volume exceeded 1 billion. There is no rule that says MMs can't create the volume in order for the company to buyback 25% of that volume.
And it doesn't matter whether its negative volume or positive volume, we just need lots of volume to keep this buyback moving along.
This explains why all the selling at 0.0002, under normal conditions it would be illogical to sell at that price, but the MMs are creating volume, however they see fit.
They are scaring off investors with all the confusion that is going on, but it is keeping the buyback rolling forward.

Everyone needs to stop moaning about the lack of upticks.
The purpose of doing the buyback now is to take advantage of these dirt-cheap prices.
Buying back shares at just .0010 would be a lot more expensive.

The manipulation will continue for the rest of May, and then things get interesting in June.
