First, in the OTC 2.6 billion shares is pretty common. Second, Z shares or common doesn't really matter, when insiders are putting 150k into their own company its a positive. No way you can spin that as bad news. Final, REDG has tangible product which is pretty uncommon in the OTC. This is a winner. All of the above are pretty obvious but I just hate to have a new buyer here get confused by some of the bull crap posted here.
