A letter to Our Shareholders

Dear Valued Shareholders,
It has been a little over a month now since the close of the merger between Swordfish Financial and SoOum. Since that event, our team has been working hard to get operations geared to consistent success and striving for new heights in positive corporate achievements.
This year, SoOum significantly expanded its mission to ending supply shortages in frontiers and developing nations. To that end, we have built a system that has gotten attention both locally and internationally.
The message of the past was that -- it’s possible.
Now, the message is that -- it’s being done.
Now, new players in all walks of life are teaming with SoOum in this attack on scarcity.
In 2014 we welcomed aboard Susan Sjo to the Board of Directors and Eric Malmstrom to the deal architecture team. These valuable additions to the team along with new options for capital and new exposure to foreign merchants and suppliers all came as the result of the merger itself. So, we have clearly and immediately recognized crucial benefit in merging.
Through recent strategy meetings and one on one engagements with the team, I have taken the goals, dreams and visions of SoOum creating the Company’s 2015 list of priorities and targets. With that being said, 2015 is going be an exciting year for all of us as we continue to grow.
Our goals for 2015 are simple;
Strive every day to increase the value of shareholders stocks and shares in Sooum
Explore new frontiers and bring more surpluses from one corner of the world to another where shortage exists
Build Sooum into a household name in the field of International Trade
Recruit the best and brightest Deal Architects globally
Build and increase shareholder value using new and innovative strategies, as well as 'tried and tested' methods of trade
Build customer and vendor confidence and stronger relations
Acquire new trade partners
I want to personally thank this team, the transition and merger team and most importantly our strong shareholder family.
We now move forward with resolve, unity and the optimism inherent in any great endeavor. May the new year be a step up for investors, deal architects, this management team and anyone who is fortunate enough to merge their positive interests with this great Company.
