when push comes to shove, the "Z" shares win. we are just bystanders now. I'm not suggesting there will be a power play in the next year or so, but when millions of dollars start rolling in a month, friends and thinking of board members have a way of changing. I hope Benny always has control since he is the one with the vision and a goal. it may be a windy path he's taking, but it's in the right direction.

And yes, without looking it up, that was the controversy with marky getting shares. the "Z" shares get somewhere about a gazillion votes to our 1 vote.
