Neither of us are experts on how much it costs to build an exchange...

I am sure that $3.000,000 dollars can go a long way in Texas.

There is no doubt about it...this is a risky play.......like most pinks...but if they indeed do launch this OTC exchange,,,,we can literally be trading in dollar land.......The next three months will tell us a lot.....
