Here is the email I sent Customer Service today:

As a shareholder of Mcig, I am concerned about no one answering when calling Customer Service. Now the rumor is spreading that Mcig Inc, was evicted from that location and the account has been turned over to a collection agency. Certainly you can understand my concern here. I am not asking you to divulge your business plan here. I am simply asking why no one ever gets anyone to answer at this number. If this is not the correct number, or the number has been changed, please let me know. I should at the very least, get an answer to this email. I thank you in advance for your prompt reply.

I got this reply about 15 minutes later:

Thanks Al - this is an old contact number obviously
We will update the number - thanks again!
