I think that the Board of Director for Green Cures wants nothing to do with Calkin's operations outside of Green Cures and I am ok with that. From the pr on December 1st 2014:

Furthermore, management of Green Cures, including its Board of Directors announced that none of the company's products, neither current nor upcoming strategic business activities are associated with any other publicly trading company.
