That is only true if the float and OS are low which they are not on this heavily diluted turd. It will take mountains of buys to move this anywhere, which will take real news with revenue which in IMO is never going to happen. I still have a bunch that I bought and have been waiting for years to get rid of... Worst stock in OTC, all lies, shells, and dilution.
