But arent you forgetting one major variable? How many dispensaries in the bay area vs Vegas. I don't know these numbers but I have a feeling there are many more in the bay area.
Also, did you ever drink when you were under age? Many of us did. How did we get it without a valid ID? Someone with an ID got it for us. I know for a fact this happened all the time in CO with mmj before it went rec and probably will in Vegas.
