I wouldn't put too much negative connotation on the fact you can't find anything on Lynch One Investors, or whatever it is called. It's not unusual for the player(s) to create a new entity to keep it separate from other investments or business they may have ongoing.

He's got the legal minds setting it up so his investment, or his partnership with Corr on the brewery and whatever else is under that agreement, will essentially be a stand-alone entity.

As to wording in the PR's, I totally agree that precision is the key to a successful undersanding of what the writer is trying to convey. Professionals will do a much better job of it, usually, than the actual company execs would.
