Can anyone tell me on what page of the last 10k they talk about Chassman and limited stock ownership? I see Chassman all over this thing and it's giving me a fricken head ache.

I wanted to try and figure out how much Chassman had to begin with??? There are so many fricken ammendments and changes......I need a beer! I need Frank the Chili dude to come over with a 12 pack and toot out a song. :)

Anyone shed some light on the subject?

I hear Chassman is only allowed 5% ownership at anyone time. If this things going to the moon why are they selling and not gifting? I know they want cash......

Whats up with the selling at .0115??? profit from .0005? seems small in comparison to potential future stock price.
