Less than 25% of the bid on the ask and one broker, interesting for sure.

The float is got some junk in the trunk right now, the closer we get 'in the know' the tighter she'll get.

Though everything fundamentally points to serious share structure changes in the near future. If they are movers, (which I believe them to be), then roughly Q3 2015 the true nature of SoOum's intentions should be rather apparent.
