Partnership Fruition? Or Merely More Smoke and Mirrors?
A Statement made by Peregrines CEO 299 Days Ago:

With the Phase III study now underway, our main interest in partnering for the bavituximab program would be to allow us to be more aggressive in advancing new clinical indications, namely moving new indications in the later-stage development in areas such as breast and liver cancer. And we look forward to updating you as partnerships are brought to fruition over the coming year.

Over the past 299 days there has been absolutely ZERO information in regards to Partnerships; moreover, after this statement, Peregrine has mentioned Partnerships less and less on their CC's and News Releases. Furthermore, they even went as far as removing any past Partnerships from their website, like someone trying to erase the bad memories of glaring past failures.

The P3 was almost initiated exactly one year ago today. According to Management, enrollment is "on track"; however, the only bar to measure it against is the end of the year 2015. Wonder what the enrollment numbers are like? 25%, 35%, 40%, 49%? Oh wait, let me guess it will be a "HOCKEY STICK" type of enrollment.

At the beginning of the calendar year 2014, the PPS started with a Close of $1.39/share. Many months ago, I surmised that the PPS would close between $1.35 to $1.44 or so by the end of the year.

On October 16, 2014, the PPS closed at $1.44/share. During the ASM, the infamous SLIDE 28 was show to all shareholders in all of its glory about increasing shareholder value. Well as of now, the PPS is sitting at $1.42.

One has to wonder, does Peregrine Management really have any idea what "Shareholder Value" Means? Do they have any idea what a "Partnership" is? Or do they merely intertwine "Partnership" and "Collaborations" at will?

$25 Billion is Bread Crumbs because PPHM has the "Golden Goose"
