One thing you have overlooked. There are a tremendous number of independents, mostly middle of the road former republicans and democrats, and the number is growing. We are for the most part simi conservative, and we don't like to be told by goverment how to spend our money. Solar and energy independance is a rather big deal to us. Most former republicans left the party because the party left us. They no longer listen and have an agenda that we don't agree with. Anti-solar is one of them. Independents are becoming the third party, and are having more and more of an inpact on electing people that are environmentally friendly.

Don't gamble; take all your savings and buy some good stock and hold it till it goes up, then sell it. If it don't go up, don't buy it.
