Well 1st quarter covers till the end of March so that is pretty much a blanket statement they made LOL. I predict 6 to 8 weeks so that is certainly possible. Have never seen anything done faster than 6 to 8 weeks by AMMX and that is a short time frame. Would be more than just changing a 3 to a 5 on some paperwork so will take awhile I believe. With that being said they issued that statement on 12/19/14 but it could have been started prior to that and I believe that it was but that is just my opinion.
