The CEO left his little southern hick town lawyer job to follow a dream of inventing a hangover product. This product apparently failed big time. Now they decide to invent a similar product to compete with 5 hours using Larry the Cable guy. Increase AS and do a RS and screw the long shareholders who bought in on the hangover product.
