At 36 million the cash settelment is .02 needless to say getting all the properties back also could put this to .06 or .07 good revenues from the fields maybe .10

Just my opinion on future prices. But the settlement price is correct.
Plus southsidestockpickers has a traget of .035. They are good at getting them going.
