That last sentence, says it all. And, I absolutely agree with that sentence. DM did his complete DD, and upon seeing there is no gold, there is no gold-mine, (absolutely no chance of ever getting the full amount in cash or gold)...DM took the loss in shares.
DM was probably happy to get something, from absolutely nothing but shares.
DM was due his labors. What about the shareholders, they just lose and lose and lose and lose. Someone has to pay the lawyers, shareholders?
