Once again I had a great conversation with Brad today. At this time some of the questions that were asked just cannot be answered but I came out of the conversation with the same feeling as I had since this all began. We are fortunate as investors to find such a hidden gem. One must remember Xcelplus is a small company try to build something great. While dilution in pinks sometimes is scary because there are crooks out there. It is my belief that Xcelplus is using any kind of money raised through issuance of share to improve the company and its position. They are still working extremely hard behind the scenes to become a major player in the E85 markets and the Engine treatment markets along with others. It has been stated by many including myself this is a long stock and the daily occurences can be emotionally tuff. But on the other hand going long also means the the finally destination will be unimaginable and these little hick-ups we see along the road will be forgotten in a heartbeat. The puzzle pieces are being put in place and a beautiful piece of art is starting to be formed. A big difference from a couple months ago where it was just a mountain of pieces in the middle of the room. It comes down to this... If you believe in the company and the stock like I do there is absolutely nothing to worry about. Xcelplus will get there in time. Will we hear something in the form of PRs and the direction of the company...sure we will... When its time.

The 38,000,000 is not what it appears to be and was listed the wrong way. Brad also told me that he will work with Bill to see if maybe they can work something up to put out explaining some of this.
