Surfer44. I just checked out the structure of CJJD. It is much the same as CEHD . The exceptions being that CJJD has a Float of 7MIL., which is about two Million more that CEHD. They are also about the same age as a Public company. But the two biggest differences are that CJJD is losing much more money than CEHD in PPS . The other being that CJJD is listed on Nasdaq!

So that tells me the main difference is " exposure " to the big money!!
