Be a lot nicer if they took them off the A/S. Those shares are free to use again. Not that that's all bad, but when you give out millions of restricted shares and those are the ones your buying back, would make me feel a little better knowing that they no longer needed the shares and could retire them and lower the A/S as well. Since we are working on the uplist. Hopefully. Damn penny stocks.
