Mike might not be the best at getting things done as fast as we might want him too or giving us info when ever we ask for it, but I know for sure he is working on stuff and that he is for real and his main concern right now is getting GDSM turned around. There are deals in the works right now and if it is the company dumping don't you think they need money to put together these deals? That's why the company is a public company in the first place. It takes a lot of shares to make deals when your in the sub trips. With out deals we have nothing. The deals he is trying to put together will be what will save the company. The websites will be chump change. IMO. I think if it is him diluting into the PR's it's because he prob hopes there is enough volume not to make the PPS crash at these delicate levels. Face it they need money for deals to save this company and that's how public companies do it.

I know someone who worked close with Mike when he was the CFO for Xerox and they said he was one of the hardest working honest down to earth guys that they ever worked with. My money is on Mike no matter how many people think this one is a scam. I have dug deeper then most could ever imagine to get my DD. I know what I own and if I have to wait for it i will. I'm hoping just like everyone else it happens soon, but I know what it takes to get a company off the ground and it's longer then 10 months. Hang in there if you own shares. If you don't I think in the end you will have wished you got some of these cheap ones for all the work you do posting everyday. IMHO
