That fourth paragraph is simply ridicules. DM created a contact with Mexican's USPR had schemed with. The scheming and scaming was on USPR.

If that fourth paragraph were true, DM would be paying USPR. However, on the other hand, DM sued USPR and won, the courts ruled DM had been swindled, lawyer stuff 101.

USPR paid with investor value, shares.
