Let's read that first paragraph, DM is the ex-lawyer because USPR would not pay! DM had to sue to get a faction of his money.

Now you can't blame USPR, they have no gold or gold-mine, they could not pay. Well with shares, they could pay, so everyone happy, DM, USPR, the Mexican's.
