Since the death of Cal, communications from FASC went from bad to worse to none at all.
With Cal's death, all communications except quarterly's stopped. No more PRs, No more Facebook, (yes, at one time we actually had a presence on social media)no more site updates.
Quarterly reports also went from bad to worse. Clearly close to the end, reports were just copies of the previous reports with little effort to review for date changes, much less typos.
We then have gone to no reports at all. I do not expect that to change until Brian steps down from the head position.
Communication is not his forte. All of the information we have we owe to our excellent DDers.
Some have cought Brian in the office and if you keep the conversation on a friendly note, he is willing to talk for a while as long as nothing of interest is devuldged.
If any hard questions are asked or an adversarial attitude is developed, the call will be cut short and no more calls will be accepted.
I do not believe it will matter how many KDSs are sold. Reporting is not something Brian likes to do, wants to do, or feels the need to do, IMHO.
This, is restating the obvious and is all IMHO.
