I did get a solid sell on the BRO indicator. Without going through all the reasons, my brother, bless his heart, is a physics professor at a University of CA. He is an idiot when it comes to investing. He put his entire savings into SDS in dec 2012, and recently sold it all at half of what he paid (but right at the recent bottom in the market 2 weeks ago, so he is feeling smart)

He then put it all into QLD, which is up since he bought it. Partial list of his prior investments:

bought gold coins when gold was at $750 (They went up to $850), sold them to me for $400 20 years later.

He bought when the dow was at 2600 in august of 1987, it went up for a week, but then had a great fall. He sold when it was at 1900, it fell for another week in dec to 1760, but he never bought again.
