DIVIDEND POLICY

NEW YORK NEW YORK, June 27, 2014: Worldwide Internet, Inc. (OTC Pink: WNTR) (?Worldwide?) announced today that it has implemented a dividend policy for 2014.

The company will pay a dividend to shareholders of record on June 30, September 30 and December 31, 2014.
